Detailed review of Market Sync experience

I recently ordered the Shopify eBay Integration and signed up for the E-commerce Onboarding Service. The process was quite straightforward, took about 2 days to get everything configured with their support team. They helped me with the product mapping tool which made listing a lot easier. I found the Inventory Control Dashboard very useful for keeping track of stock across channels. Delivery of the service, meaning the integration going live, was as promised. Had one small query about order status automation, but their Shopify App Support was quick to respond and resolved it. Overall, a solid service for managing multiple marketplaces. The automated tracking updates also save a lot of time daily. It works as advertised.

Consistent service, always reliable

This is my third time using Market Sync, this time for Shopify Amazon Integration, and they are always dependable. I've used them for inventory sync before and it just works. My orders and stock levels update perfectly. I keep coming back because their system is robust, never had any major issues with my previous orders either. Good to see the quality hasn't dropped. Will use them again.
